Master Bedroom is such a light violet you can hardly tell it is there but there is a nice feeling when you enter the room

I can't believe the carpet will be finished this afternoon~ we still need the electrician to finish up and the plumber to install toilets so I think move in date will be pushed back to Tuesday!!

other side of the back room looks sooo good!! Tile should be worked on this weekend and then we should be wrapping it up enough to move in~ there will still be plenty of work to do even after we move in but I am sooo ready!!

Oh and Monday I am picking up our NEW PUPPY!!! She is a black and tan Dachshund her name is FIONA (Fiona Freckles Flynn to be exact)~ she is lovely and I am soooo excited~

The back room we are painting a Vanilla Brandy~ it goes so well with our Honey Beige in the kitchen and living room! We are moving in this weekend!!!! Yes this weekend!!~Carpet will be in on Friday~ we are wrapping it up and I am just overjoyed!

While Tara was in Labor we were painting

Logan wanted to help sooo badly inside our house that we switched his focus to painting his play house. He was thrilled and it kept him occupied for about 30 minutes

PAINTING

Logan & pals

honey beige is the color~ we were going to go with a darker yellow color but Gregg chose this at the last minute and I think it is perfect. It will look awesome with the cabinets and those white spots are where the cabinets will be going. My husband is an amazing painter and he really enjoys the satisfaction of painting HIS HOUSE:)

The ceilings are painted and all the walls in the living room and kitchen will have the second coat tomorrow~ Cabinets should be in this weekend and carpet next week and Appliances MONDAY the 26th!!! It is all happening and we are so excited we almost want to just put our beds in the garage and just stay there until it is ready teehee!

TEXTURE

My husband has stacked all our junk in a nice pile in the garage~Our whole entire apartment could fit into our garage!!!

Watching this process was very cool

This is my husbands best friend Greg McCleskey~ he is the man transforming our home. I can't believe how fast and amazing it looks. My hubby will start painting on Monday then the cabinets go in sometime this week :)

ALL DOGS GO TO HEAVEN

Our little dog Zepplin was hit by a car and killed this afternoon~ He was SUCH a good dog especially for Logan. If there is a doggie heaven he is one of those dogs that made it.Zep went up the back steps and got out the front door while the guys were working on the house~he was hit by a car going very fast down that country road.
We will miss him ~I am waiting for Daddy to come home and tell the boys the news b/c I just can't do it! Daddy already buried him in the field behind our house:(

Oh everyday changes~ Here are the new back steps and the siding is up on the back part of our house.

My bath~to the left there is a closet and a lil towel closet further upon the left.

We are packed and half of our stuff is in the garage at the new house. I keep making little trips~ anytime we go out there we load the van down with JUNK~ and I say JUNK because we have accumulated lots of JUNK over the years. I do like how when you move (and hopefully I will never move again) you clean out all the JUNK you don't need.

Our notice is in at the apartments!!!No more land lords, no more hearing people shower next to us, no more RENT~ so we must be in by the end of this month!! The kitchen cabinets will arrive today~ the the guys are busy mudding the walls and getting ready for PAINT~ Oh I am so excited I still feel like I am dreaming~

Easter Weekend

See this little area it is behind our fence it is marked as our property so I think what I am going to do is clear it out completely and plant a willow tree. I will have a bench out here in honor of my little sister Brie~ It will have been a year since she past away in May (I just can't believe it still) and on that day I will have this done. I think it will be nice to have a place where Lyla can go to remember her Mom. Or a place where I can go or where Mom can feel she can sprinkle some ashes and come for a visit. Whatever it turns out like it will be our special place to honor my Sister Brianna.

When you say "watch out for nails!!" Sometimes kids don't listen. NOW we watch for nails~ Zach took it like a champ and is up to date with shots so..... he is just going to be sore for a while.
