Pasti at my church agreed to help Helen and I do some canning. This has sparked alot of attention and we may be starting a "Lost Arts" Ministry at our church.
Thank you Patsi for teaching us this craft~ it really wasn't as hard as I was thinking it would be :) I had a great time~

wow! this looks like so much fun. I am really impressed. I want to learn how to do it! I've read instructions but I always wimp out when it comes to actually making it. So cool!
Lost arts, that's a great idea! I would love to learn all those things! The 4th looks like a blast!

I agree with everyone else --canning would be so fun to learn. I can't wait to taste the jam this weekend! I love the last picture of you -- my pretty sister. I, too, love the idea of a Lost Arts class! Sounds like fun!
